Beldona Website
An optimized store.
When it comes to underwear, Beldona stands for modern and comfortable design by women for women like no other brand in Switzerland. In order for the online store to reflect this, it had to be modernized. The main focus was on categorizing the products, which was currently not clear to users. A new structure was developed in workshops and validated thanks to treetesting.
The brand was slightly modernized and made bold for the digital appearance. Salesforce provided the foundation for the new store, which was adapted to the new design and structure in several sprints.
Approach, problem and solution.
In the first phase, the data was analysed and the shop's performance evaluated. One problem was that the shop had an increased bounce rate, as the products were often not clearly assigned to a category, which led to a poor user experience.
This led to the conclusion that the structure and categorisation of the products had to be completely revised. Product groups were developed using card sorting and integrated into a new architecture. This was validated using treetesting and derived into a wireframe.
