Körber Supply Chain Software

B2B Lead Generation.

INfo

With its Business Area Supply Chain Software, Körber is a leading global provider of end-to-end supply chain solutions. Körber's potential to generate more efficient digital marketing has not yet been fully utilised. Following a strategic research phase, the new technology stack was defined and the focus was placed on the optimised use of data and the personalisation of the customer journey.

My role was the user-centred implementation of the new website design using AEM. After a 5-day google design sprint with all stakeholders involved, the design requirements were evaluated.

A robust, modern design system was created from the ground up so that the client is in the best possible position to utilise the digital marketing funnel and generate leads now and in the future. The project was closely monitored over a period of months and realised in several sprints in close collaboration with the client and the developer.

Approach, problem and solution.

To enable us to develop a shared vision as quickly as possible, everyone involved was invited to Zurich for a week-long design sprint.

During this time, a vision was developed and validated towards the end of the week. It became clear that the biggest difficulty was addressing potential customers at the right time. As a solution, a content-orientated website with various touchpoints to the sales team was developed in more detail.
