ÖKK Website

A new website with the brand at its heart.

INfo

ÖKK is one of the leading health insurers in Switzerland. Based in Graubünden, ÖKK has remained true to its roots and has grown steadily.  It's time for the digital channels to do the brand justice.

During the redesign, care was taken at every step to ensure that the brand is reflected in the new design. The result is a fresh new look that does justice to the brand and provides users with a unique and improved overview of the products.

The new architecture was validated by treetesting, the new design was improved with usability testing and finally implemented. Thanks to the new digital toolkit, campaigns can now be seamlessly integrated into the new ecosystem.

Approach, problem and solution.

It was not only important to create a new design, but also to understand where the structure of the website needed to be improved. The first step was to see how the products could be better integrated into the navigation.

A card sorting session showed that product groups were understood and formed, and that these should be displayed in the navigation. The most important tool on the site, the insurance calculator, was also placed in a more prominent way to make it more visible to new customers.
